At Quinn’s Pour, we believe in keeping things honest — from what goes into our bottles to how we deliver them. Our flat-rate postage simply helps cover part of the cost of getting your order safely to your door (it’s actually less than it costs us). Every bottle is carefully hand-picked, packed, and checked to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. And because fairness matters, we don’t hide postage costs in our product prices — so those collecting from us locally get the same great value.
All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. Anything placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
During peak buying times, such as Black Friday and Christmas, our processing times may vary.
We'll send regular notifications to the email or mobile phone number used when you place your order. This includes your order confirmation email and once our order has been shipped.
All orders are sent via a DPD or Yodel 48hrs parcel service so the delivery expectation from here to anywhere in the UK should be to arrive within 2 to 4 working days.
We ask if you could wait until day 4 just to be sure and if you still haven't received your order then drop us a message via the 'Contact Us' page and we'll follow up accordingly.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard rate is £4.95 for a 48 hour (2 to 4 day) delivery service.
We also offer free shipping on all UK orders over £70.
Both DPD or Yodel offer a tracked service throughout so we recommend to check their tracking service in the first instance.
We kindly ask if you could wait until day 4 just to be sure and if you still haven't received your order then drop us a message via the 'Contact Us' page and we'll follow up accordingly. We rarely find that late deliveries are made after this and the item is likely to be truly 'lost in the post'.
If your product is then deemed lost by the carrier, or sufficient proof isn't provided we will organise for a replacement to be sent out to you accordingly. We do ask that when the courier make contact, you return any paperwork promptly to expedite the claim.
If the original order does then arrive we ask our customers to contact us to arrange return of one of the orders at our expense.
We reserve the right to charge for the duplicate order if the original is delivered and not returned or the paperwork is not returned to enable us to make a claim for non-delivery.

If the item is unused and in its original condition with the tamper seal not broken, we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs and provide you the address to return the item at your own cost.

From the glass bottle itself being 100% recyclable, with a resin cork stopper and paper based tamper seal to the protected cardboard shipping box. We avoid using plastic packaging as much as possible.
