Black Spiced Rum Cocktail

The Stormy Hound

Ingredients

  • 50ml Quinn’s Pour Black Spiced Rum 
  • 100ml fiery ginger beer
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • 2–3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Lime wedge + orange peel (to garnish)
  • Ice cubes

The Pour

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add lime juice and ginger beer.
  3. Float Quinn’s Pour Black Spiced Rum gently on top.
  4. Dash in bitters and let them swirl through.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and an expressed orange peel.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Quinn’s Pour Golden Spiced Rum 
  • 6–8 fresh basil leaves
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup (or 2 tsp golden sugar)
  • Soda water (to top)
  • Crushed ice

The Pour

1. Clap basil leaves to release aroma, then drop into a tall glass.

2. Add lime juice and sugar syrup, muddle gently.

3. Pour in Quinn’s Pour Golden Spiced Rum, fill with crushed ice.

4. Top with soda water, stir playfully, garnish with basil + lime wedge.

Coffee Spiced Rum Cocktail

The Espresso Pawtini

Decadent, indulgent, and a little mischievous — a late-night companion that never strays too far.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Quinn’s Pour Coffee Spiced Rum (Caramel Latte)
  • 25ml fresh espresso (cooled)
  • 10ml simple Caramel syrup 
  • Ice

The Pour

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake hard until the tin frosts over.

3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

4. Garnish with 3 coffee beans & a drizzle of caramel
